How it runs: this is ongoing technical ownership, not a fixed implementation project. The first month includes an assessment of the product and technical priorities; there is no separate readiness-review requirement. We agree cadence, decision rights and what I own versus what stays with your team, then work month to month.

€4,000 to €6,000/month
Active ownership of architecture, delivery, suppliers and customer or investor diligence.
The exact retainer reflects the decisions and responsibilities being owned, not a fixed number of days. Engagements are month to month.
