Over the past 11+ years, I've worked across healthcare, AI, education, and a variety of SaaS - often taking products from early concept through to production in environments where ethics, regulation, and trust matter.
My primary focus falls between engineering and compliance. I review how products actually handle data, access and AI, translate privacy and regulatory requirements into engineering work, and help teams prepare evidence for customers, investors and specialists.
Depending on the problem, that can mean a bounded Product Readiness Review, a scoped compliance implementation project or ongoing technical ownership.
How I work
I work directly with founders and engineering teams, document decisions as I go, and leave behind an ordered plan or implemented changes that the team can understand and maintain.
For ongoing technical leadership, I work month to month with clear decision rights, weekly check-ins and a defined set of responsibilities.
