rdelune LLC ("rdelune", "we", "us") is a software consultancy and the controller for this website. This website is operated at rdelune.dev. Business address: Cratloe, Co. Clare, Ireland. For any privacy-related queries, contact brian@rdelune.dev.
Contact and scheduling
If you contact us by email, request a template, or submit a lead form, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your name, email address, message content, company, project details, selected template, and any attachments. Template downloads require email submission. If you book a call through Cal.com, Cal.com processes the scheduling details you provide under its own privacy terms.
First-party analytics
We collect basic first-party analytics to understand site usage and improve the business. Page view events may include the page path, referrer, approximate country from Cloudflare, and timestamp. Business events may include coarse labels such as booking-link clicks, email-link clicks, template selections, form outcomes, download clicks, outbound destination domain, source section, and page path. We do not use analytics cookies, visitor IDs, fingerprinting, advertising pixels, or retargeting, and analytics is disabled when browser privacy signals such as Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control are enabled.
How we use your data
We use contact and scheduling information to respond to enquiries, provide requested template downloads, prepare for calls, provide requested services, and maintain business records. We use analytics in aggregate to understand which pages, services, templates, and calls to action are useful. Marketing email is opt-in only. We do not sell, rent, or share personal data for advertising or retargeting.
Cookies and local storage
This site does not currently use advertising cookies, third-party analytics cookies, tracking pixels, or retargeting technologies. The site may use localStorage and sessionStorage for requested functionality and preferences, including theme or interface preferences. If non-essential tracking or marketing technologies are added later, we will add an appropriate consent mechanism before they run.
Third-party processors
The site uses Cloudflare Pages for hosting and Cloudflare D1 for first-party analytics and template request storage. Cal.com is used for external appointment scheduling. Email enquiries are handled by our email provider. These providers process data only as needed to deliver their services.
Retention
Template request records are stored in Cloudflare D1 for up to 12 months, then deleted or aggregated into non-identifying statistics. We keep enquiry, scheduling, and business correspondence for as long as needed to respond, provide services, and maintain appropriate business records. Raw first-party analytics events are retained for up to 12 months unless a shorter period is adopted.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To request deletion of a template-request record, email brian@rdelune.dev from the address used to request the template, or include enough information for us to verify the request. Privacy rights requests are handled without undue delay and normally within one month.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
